Deblistering Machine is a simple mechanism to recover dragees / tablets / capsules from the spoiled or partially complete blister packs. The spoiled or partially complete blister pack is loaded between two guides and manually pushed inside.

Three adjustable wheels holds and pulls the pack under a rubberized roller which then squeezes down on the blister cavities, throwing out the product. The DE blistering machine adaptable which suits with the sizes of maximum packs. The machine is appropriate for opening of Aluminum and Glassine foil. Opened product is collected in a box and packaging material is collected at the back.

The DE blistering Machine is comprehensive and can achieve high rate of recovery by making appropriate adjustments of guides, wheels, and pressure of rubber roller. DE blistering Machine is developed by using stainless steel and is fixed on the castor wheels.

Blister packaging machines locks the products in a cavity, normally with aluminum / film seal or a paper backing. These blister packs are commonly used for packages of small consumer goods, foods, and pharmaceuticals.
