Filling vessels are widely utilized in the Membrane filtration system. Majorly the filling vessels are used for collection of the filtered sterile solution. In the product filling room, these Filling vessels also play role as buffer vessels.
Filling vessels are used in various applications industries like Pharmaceuticals and Biopharmaceuticals
Sterile Filling Vessel: :
- Sterile Filling Vessel is made out of AISI SS 316 and is specially designed for filling sterile solutions.
- It is round in shape at the top and Argon arc welded with smooth finished corners and highly polished from inside & outside.
- Its Top lid is clamping type and is fitted with visual inspection glass.
- Its outlet nozzles are fitted with a long pipe for drawing out all the liquids from the container. Total 4 nos. outlet nozzles are provided for filling line.
- It is provided with two handles for lifting & putting it on a SS Trolley with Castor Wheels.
Available Capacity: 50 Ltr. to 200 Ltr.
